R. Kelly has been in the news constantly ever since the documentary “Surviving R. Kelly” was aired. He has been back and forth from jail and doing interviews trying to fix issues that have abound by Michael Avenatti discovering sex tapes that occur with minors. Well, it seems more problems are being compounded.
According to TMZ, a third sex tape is now found. The tape reportedly shows Kelly having sex with minors. Gloria Allred is representing the man who turned in the footage to police. He has yet to be identified and his connection to Kelly is unknown. Allred is holding a press conference in New York City, and her client will come forward to explain how he discovered the tape, and why he’s speaking out against Kelly. You can view the news conference below, which is set to begin at 11 AM PST.
According to CBS, a man who said he was cleaning out an old videotape collection found what he thought was a video of a concert by R. Kelly, but instead turned out to show a man who appeared to be Kelly sexually abusing girls, he and his attorney said Sunday.
The man gave the tape to law enforcement, according to attorney Gloria Allred. She acknowledged she could not be “100 percent certain” that the man in the tape is Kelly.
Dennis, an assistant at a nursing home, said he was cleaning out a box of old VHS tapes in his Pennsylvania home recently when he found the footage. Dennis said he doesn’t know R. Kelly and or how the tape came to be in his possession. He said that because the tape also has a sports game on it, he believes it may have come from a friend.
“To my shock and surprise, R. Kelly appeared to be on the tape, but not in concert,” Dennis said. “Instead he was sexually abusing underaged African-American girls.”
