Alec Baldwin has been President Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live ever since Trump took office in 2016.He won an Emmy for his portrayal in 2017, but admits he is happy to see his role come to an end due to Joe Biden winning the 2020 Election.

“I don’t believe I’ve ever been this overjoyed to lose a job before!” Baldwin tweeted.

He continued: “It will be comforting when we have a President who doesn’t Tweet twice as much as I do … They’re gonna need an enormous shipment of tissues sent to Mar-a-Lago … On to my next wish. That everyone who voted in this election maintains that commitment and votes in the 2022 midterm elections. Let’s keep this going!!!”

With this said, Donald Trump still has not conceded in the Election and he has put in lawsuits for voter fraud in some States. We shall see if this predicament ends up being the trigger to contest the results announced by the media on Saturday November 7th.
