(1888PressRelease) December 22, 2021 – Toronto, Canada – AMG Visuals today announced a new multi-year film distribution partnership with Atlanta’s BlueGold Productions, as well as a series of new agreements that chart a clear course for the next phase of growth for one of the world’s leading independent film and television studios. The new deals were announced this morning by Mark S. Berry, AMG’s Founder and Chairman.

The new deal calls for multiple BlueGold film and television properties to be marketed and distributed theatrically and streaming via AMG’s newly signed deal with Factory Film Studio in Toronto, Canada, while also providing AMG with new opportunities in the streaming film marketplace. AMG has also agreed to re-invest in BlueGold, continuing its position as an equity holder and providing fresh capital to fund new productions and development efforts across the Company’s film and television businesses.
