The BeyHive is one of the most influential fanbases in the music world today. That strong base has a heavy presence on social media and they no doubt helped the iconic artist create a 2022 record.  Beyoncé scored the highest first-week numbers for a woman in 2022 with the release of Renaissance. The album moved upwards of 332,000 units in its first week — the second biggest debut week this year following Harry Styles’ Harry House.Out of the 332K that Beyoncé’Renaissance moved, over half of those units came from traditional album sales This is great feat when you take into account that the singer had the project leaked. Per AllHipHop, Beyoncé fans bought 190,000 copies of the album in its first week, thus making the wife of JAY-Z achieve selling traditional units moved by a woman this year.
