Big Boi Announced For Performing at Superbowl

The Atlanta hip hop legend Big Boi made the announcement that he will be partaking in the Annual SuperBowl Half-Time show.

The NFL said if hip-hop ever got its own “Rap Mount Rushmore,” Big Boi would definitely have a place on it as Atlanta’s “foremost wordsmith” and “funkiest gentleman.”

This announcement came on the heels of social media blasting the NFL for not hiring any urban Atlanta artists to perform. As stated by a sport critic that “Atlanta, home of Outkast, T.I., Future, Ludacris, Usher, etc., gets Maroon 5 to play the damn Super Bowl,” tweeted sports analyst Jake Reuse.
