Tom Mesereau is a popular celebrity lawyer that is currently working on the appeal for Bill Cosby and in the past helped Michael Jackson.
In an interview with Vladtv, he touches on the topic of Bill Cosby appealing the guilty verdict in his 2018 trial, and Mesereau called the case the “most unfair of my career.” Tom went on to speak about issues involving the case, including a statute of limitations, which Tom believes should’ve stopped the case from ever being tried. He also spoke about the relationship between the Judge and the D.A., who struck a deal with Cosby prior to the trial, and the people who took the stand.

Mesereau also spoke about his time representing Michael Jackson in his 2005 criminal case. He revealed it had similarities to the 1983 cast and that Jackson told him he regretted settling that case. The reason being that it opened a can of worms of where multiple people led to suing him afterwards believing he became a target.
In hindsight he stated Michael wished he would’ve just went to court over the allegations despite it being the longer process that would be dragged out. Tom also addressed the media’s coverage of “Living with Michael Jackson” documentary and what he was personally told by Michael Jackson about having children over. Check out the interview below.
