Cardi B’s debut album ‘Invasion Of Privacy’ makes history as the first album by a woman to spend 3 whole years on the Billboard 200 chart.

Today (April 6) marks the three year anniversary of “Invasion Of Privacy”. The New York rapper has broke into the rap world with the multiplatinum-selling “Invasion Of Privacy”. Cardi B receives another accolade for the album as it is officially one of the longest-charting albums in Billboard history by a female rapper.

The Billboard 200 recently placed the album at #97 on the charts which has kept it on the charts another week.

The project received help from some major hits over the years. The Lead single “Bodak Yellow” literally dominated 2017 as a whole, spending weeks in the top spot and finding itself on multiple end-of-year lists. “Bartier Cardi” was a top 20 hit as well, in addition to “Be Careful” plus the Bad Bunny & J Balvin-assisted chart-topper “I Like It.” Even her Kehlani collaboration “Ring” faired well by peaking at #28.
