According to TMZ, Cardi B is suing a blogger named Latasha K, the personality behind the Youtube channel unWinewithTashaK, for defamation of character. She has made claims that the former exotic dancer and Love & Hip Hop star as being a “drug-using prostitute with herpes” during her days on the streets.
In response, Cardi motioned for legal ramifications and her lawyers hired a process server to deliver the news to Latasha last Thursday night (April 19th). She is also getting sued alongside Starmarie Ebony Jones.
TMZ released the audio with the interaction between Tasha K and the process server which was drama in itself. During the server announcing the news to Tasha K and discussing her rights we hear Tasha K.
Cardi B also had other legal issues concerning
rejecting a guilty plea in relation to both an assault and reckless endangerment charge from two exotic dancers Jade and Baddie G.
