Death Row Records/Makaveli Producer Darryl Harper gives vivid details about entering the music label’s studio and bursting on Faith Evans and Tupac being intimate.

The beef between Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. is legendary from hip hop perspective, but their rivalry also had elements of a daytime soap opera. Faith Evans it seems has been downplaying her role in the whole drama between the rap legends according to people who were around at the time to give their version of the story.

Faith Evans who is now married to former Bad Boy Records producer, Stevie J, has denied any wrong doing in terms of being unfaithful to Biggie Smalls by having relations with his friend turned enemy Tupac. On the infamous single, “Hit ‘Em Up”, Shakur made the claim of Faith Evans having an affair with him. The singer has denied the claim, but did admit to having to go to the west coast to help collaborate on a song with Tupac. The song would eventually be known as “Wonda Why They Call U A B****h” which would be controversial itself with civil rights icon C. Dolores Tucker.

In an interview with Art Of Dialogue, Makaveli producer, Darryl Harper, confirms a past statement by singer / actor Ray J that said he saw Faith and Tupac together in an uncompromising position unfit for a married women.  In fact, a month ago in June of 2021, black twitter started a trend that Ray J started the whole beef as a joke.

“Faith says nothing happened. Snoop’s cousin is running around Death Row. He’s only 15. He says he saw Faith sitting on Tupac’s lap in the studio. Wait a minute, ain’t that…,” finished the tweet, attaching a photo of a young Brandy and Ray J.

Of course Twitter responded to the now suspended account of the person who tweeted the above message. Fans weighed in on the comment as you can see below.

The thread of the Twitter post got a bit sensitive by even mentioning the iconic Mary J. Blige into the conversation and referring to an interview where Death Row singer Danny Boy alleged having relations with the Bad Boy singer at a young age.

Darryl Harper also confirmed that the legendary Mary J. Blige did in fact hang around Danny Boy and Suge Knight. The producer also gave his thoughts about the infamous 1995 Source Awards incident in the video below.
