As hip hop recently celebrated 49 years, ‘DJ Premier dropped the visuals for his DJ Premier: Hip Hop 50 Volume 1 project. The inaugural release from a series that will produce ten EPs of new music. First out the gate is Bronx MC Remy Ma and Grammy-nominated North Carolina artist, Rapsody.
With the creative mind of Atlanta director and producer Maya Table, viewers get a taste of throwback 1990s hip hop culture as Cuban link chains, bucket hats, and scratching records is seen through the visuals.
