Doja Cat seems to not be impressed by her interview with Nick Cannon leaving a subtle message on her social media account.
The artist appeared on Power 106 FM Los Angeles with the controversial Cannon where the two spoke about everything else, but Doja Cat’s music. The artist was on the show to promote her “Planet Her” album. was released on Monday morning, but Cannon didn’t seem interested with speaking about her songs such as the hit “Kiss Me More” featuring SZA.
The interview did not get off to the right start when a joke went flat by the host. “I don’t know if you got the mask on and way over there cause you trying to not get pregnant by me is that what it is?” was the wise crack by Cannon that made the interview uncomfortable from the jump.
The two would end up speaking about cancel culture, Doja Cat’s lack of interviews, and who she deemed as her top five artists. The interview seemed to end with no issues as the participants of the show told each by with “I love you’s”. However, Doja Cat jumped on Twitter to let Cannon know she was less than impressed with his interviewing skills. Tagging Nick Cannon, she went on to say, “If you’re gonna interview musicians try to ask them about their music.”
Cannon has yet to respond to Doja’s shade.
