Several people have paid a visit to the YOLO Estate since it went up on the market. However, it’s a group of real estate developers that might be tearing it down completely, per TMZ.

The outlet gave all the details on the main house:
“The main residence is an English Tudor, and it comes with all the bells and whistles … like 6 fireplaces, a wine cellar, tasting room and a theater that seats 25. The primary bedroom suite is fit for a king … that alone is nearly 2,000 square feet, and it features a partner’s spa with marble soaking tubs.”
The three properties are going together for $22.2M. Some celebrities have checked out the estate such as Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner. The triple-lot estate is 6.5. acres, boasting seven bedrooms, a wine cellar, tasting room, bar, and private theatre. The backyard is truly one of the biggest selling points of the home, including a custom swimming pool with waterfalls and a slide.
