Kanye West is known to speak his mind and believes he has free thought that should be respected and not maintained by society’s boundaries.
He went on another rant over the weekend and proclaimed the spirits of anti-establishment music stars were within him. The legends of reggae icon Bob Marley, hip hop activist Tupac Shakur, and African music legend Felu Kuti.
Tupac Shakur doesn’t have any children as far as publicly known and Bob Marley’s kids have kept quiet about his Kanye’s claims. However, the son of Felu Kuti isn’t staying quiet and has actually come out to say that the Yeezus artist is nowhere near the spirit of his father. Seun Kuti did not have any positive words for “Yandhi”.

It seems like Kanye West left a wave of media frenzy for one country and traded it for another. After having a controversial meeting with President Donald Trump, Kanye met up with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni who is a controversial figure like his American counterpart in that he gives death sentences to known homosexuals and cracks the heads of journalists who don’t agree with him.
Also just like in America, there are artists in Uganda who are not feeling Kanye’s cozying up to the leader of the land. In August, Bobi Wine was arrested for speaking out against Museveni’s government. Bobi Wine is also speaking out against Kanye West’s latest alignment.
