Producers are an integral part of making a hit song and Southside has been one of the biggest producers in the game.
The production specialist has made hits for a plethora of artists who helped shape the modern era of hip hop from Waka Flocka in the early 2010s to working with stars such as Drake, 21 Savage, Future, and Young Thug, and co-founded the production and songwriting team, 808 Mafia. He has now decided to retire after the next 808 Mafia project.
