There are reports about the listening party for DMX’s “Exodus” album that took place last night stating the project features a collaboration with Nas and JAY-Z.

DMX’s passed away on April 9th, but he had completed his last studio album before hand which is set to officially drop on May 28th. During an interview with Drink Champ on Revolt TV, the Yonkers hip hip icon revealed a who’s who of rap appearing on “Exodus”. The names he dropped varied in genre and also generations. The artists mentioned included Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Bono, Alicia Keys, Griselda, Usher, Pop Smoke, and more would be included.

The big news coming from last night’s listening party that was set up by Swizz Beatz and DMX’s team was that a single consisting of DMX, Jay-Z, and Nas was heard during the presentation of the ten track album according to HotNewHipHop website.

“My brother X was one of the most pure and rare souls I’ve ever met,” Swizz said in a statement. “He lived his life dedicated to his family and music. Most of all, he was generous with his giving and loved his fans beyond measure. This album, X couldn’t wait for his fans all around the world to hear and show just how much he valued each and every single person that has supported him unconditionally.”

There was a song that was previewed between DMX, Nas, and Hov in 2017 during Swizzy and Just Blaze’s beat battle, but no confirmation has been given that this is so. Jadakiss, who appeared on the track in its originally-previewed state was not mentioned in the listening party’s preview. Also circulating is an appearance from Moneybagg Yo, but the Pop Smoke collaboration may no longer appear on the project for reasons unknown. The album is set to release on May 28th.
