“Jesus is King” Is Kanye West’s Next Album

Kanye West is one of the biggest rap artists in the world and is a great producer who first rose to fame as a hip hop artist with the single “Jesus Walks”. Now Kanye West may be giving his fans “that old Kanye” they have been asking for with his next project entitled, “Jesus Is King”.

The album is being presented as a gospel production and everyone has seen over the last few months that Kanye West has been going in a more spiritual direction. He has his Sunday Service specials which have included the likes of DMX giving prayers and praise to Jesus.

Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian-West, broke the news on her Instagram feed. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star posted a piece of paper to her 147 million followers, which contained the titles for 12 songs.

Singles from the album will contain song titles, “God Is,” “Baptized,” “Wake the Dead” and Water.” Kanye West could also be sending a subliminal message to onlookers with the bible next to the song titles appears to have been deliberately left open to Psalms 57:6 which reads:

They spread a net for my feet— I was bowed down in distress. They dug a pit in my path— but they have fallen into it themselves.”

Yandhi was announced last year for a September 29, 2018 release, but it never came to be. “Jesus Is King” looks to be its replacement with a scheduled date of September 27 for its release date.
