Would Kanye West’s mother have approved of her son vying to become the second African American president of the United States? No one knows for sure, but what everyone does know is that she was an anchor for the Chicago rapper / producer turned entrepreneur.
The billionaire had a bizarre interview with Forbes magazine about his wish to become president through the 2020 elections. “In loving memory of my incredible mother on her birthday. My mom reciting [KRS-One] lyrics. This song is called DONDA,” tweeted Ye. Donda West died in 2007 at the age of 58.
