Kid Of Kid ‘N Play Bothered By Salt-N-Pepa Split

Kid ‘N Play was one of the most popular rap groups in the mid 80’s to early 90’s along with Salt ‘N Pepa.

Watching the biopic for Salt ‘N Pepa, fans of hip hop got to see how the aforementioned were all connected to each other before hitting it big in the music world. Kid of Kid N Play would sit down for an interview with Vladtv to discuss how close his friendship with Salt N Pepa really was.

Describing his own twisted fate of reality of being groomed to be a lawyer of a Jamaican family turned to music, he gained a mutual relationship with Pepa due to her also having Jamaican parents who were strict on her getting an education.

He reveals it was all love in terms of being like brothers and sisters between Kid N Play and Salt N Pepa. The time came for Vlad to ask the big question concerning the split with Salt ‘N Pepa and DJ Spinderella. Admitting he has a current relationship with all of the ladies, he decided to say that both sides of the argument were true in terms of how both parties viewed each other’s contributions to the brand.

Kid went on to explain that Hurby “Luv Bug” Azor, who created Salt-N-Pepa and Kid ‘N Play, doesn’t get the credit he deserves. He also gives his thoughts about the biopic below.
