Kim Kardashian refrains from categorizing her marriage to Kanye West as a “failure.” During an episode of the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, she expressed her belief that their union was, in fact, “beautiful.”
On the podcast, Kardashian stated, “Sometimes I feel like people think that if a relationship doesn’t work out, it’s a failure, but I don’t really look at it like that. Fifteen years together, ten years, that’s not a failure. That is so beautiful.”
She emphasized that imposing one’s beliefs on someone with a completely different perspective is not productive. Kardashian acknowledged the importance of differing viewpoints, as they contribute to the diversity of the world. However, she encouraged listeners to prioritize finding alignment in values, morals, and core principles.
Having married in 2014 and ultimately parting ways in 2021, Kardashian and West continue to co-parent their four children: North (9), Saint (7), Chicago (5), and Psalm (4). West has since remarried Bianca Censori, while Kardashian remains single.
Looking toward the future, Kim shared her outlook on love and relationships. She confessed, “I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone and creating a life with someone.” However, she emphasized the importance of taking her time and considering various factors, particularly when raising children and being mindful of those who enter her life. In offering advice to her fans, she stressed the significance of mutual respect as the foundation of any relationship, highlighting that each connection can be unique.
