There is no love lost between Eminem and Lord Jamar. On his latest album, “Music To Be Murdered By”, the iconic rapper fired more shots at the Brand Nubian member by stating he was the weakest link. He spit the words, “Your group is off the chain, but you’re the weakest link”, which some believed was for Joe Budden as apart of the SlaughterHouse rap collective that includes Eminem.
Joe Budden made sure to let everyone know it definitely wasn’t about him on his podcast. The song “I Will” also has other lines such as “Got a crown of thorns, but it won’t fit around the horns/But I’ma keep it a buck like a dollar store/I’m more than you bargained for and I am far more worse/Than a forty-some bar Lord Jamar verse.”
It seems in an interview with DJ Vlad, that Lord Jamar did not take the diss lightly and fired back with venom by stating the following:
“Like, we clean our fucking houses. Cleanliness is next to godliness … um, your trailer park is filthy and it’s filthy inside your fucking brain … I’m now the guest in your fucking house.”
Jamar then rigorously defends the accusation he’s the “weakest link” in Brand Nubian and says that’s like “calling Dr. Dre the weakest link in N.W.A.” He concludes his tirade with “eat a bunch of puppy dicks and shut the fuck up.”
