Toronto hip hop legend Maestro Fresh Wes teams up with Dusty Wallace. The two get together to rap about a “waste yute”. The term is a slang used in Caribbean culture to represent a youth who is wasting his life away not doing anything progressive. There seems to be a message that Maestro and Dusty Wallace are trying to send to motivate the youth of today in this collaboration.

The visuals of the song take place in downtown Toronto and includes a young kid who seems to be up to no good. Maestro asks the question what was his mom thinking or drinking when she gave birth to him.
