The 90’s iconic actresses of Tichina Arnold and Tisha Campbell dropped some bad news for fans of the Martin television series.
The two women are popularly known to many as Pam and Gina who recently appeared on the Tamron Hall show together and spoke about their real life friendship that spans decades.
The former “Martin” co-stars open up about their 40-year sisterhood and meeting on the audition circuit when they were just nine years old. The famous best friends also get candid about the likeliness of a “Martin” reboot.
“It’s something that we wanted to happen,” Arnold, 51, said. “It’s something that we tried very hard for it to happen, but the way it looks to me, realistically, it’s not going to happen. Not unless it’s an animation.”
Arnold, who played Campbell’s best friend Pam on the show, credited her for the idea of an animated re-imagining of the beloved sitcom. She continued, “I always say a show can never ever be rebooted without the original cast. Now, we may be able to have a rebirth, maybe. As far as a reboot, I don’t think that’s going to happen.”
Tisha Campbell stated a possible coming together to celebrate the show was a possibility stating, “Or a reunion,” Campbell added.
