(Inside Edition) A new generation is discovering the music of the 1990s, including the work of The Notorious B.I.G. Widely considered one of the best rappers of all time, the Brooklyn-born emcee came to prominence in the early ‘90s with hits like “One More Chance” and “Juicy.”
