As Mulatto prepares for her debut album entitled “Queen of the Souf”, she is doing her promotional rounds. She is one of the XXL Freshmen of the year. Queen Of Da Souf includes features from Gucci Mane, 21 Savage, City Girls, 42 Dugg, Saweetie, and Trina.
Fader interviewed the Atlanta rapper for their “Remember The Time” series and she revealed the time she spent three days in jail wrongfully.
Mulatto was heading to the Dominican Republic when she walked up to the gates at the airport. She also bumped into two police officers at the time and Mulatto told them she had a warrant. She was placed in a cell at the airport’s holding area for hours before being transferred to the county jail.
After seeing a judge, she was suppose to be released because she in fact did have her warrant. However, she wasn’t let go for another 24 hours because the computer system was apparently not working.
