Israel is said to be bracing for war, and for so many in New York, the conflict in the Middle East is personal; CBS2’s Jessica Layton reports. Both the pro-Israel and pro-Palestine groups were relatively small, but their shouts and repeated attempts to attack one another drew a crowd in front of the Israeli consulate in Manhattan.

A much larger group of pro-Palestinian supporters marched through New York City, carrying banners condemning Israeli actions.
