Nubreed is a Hebrew Israelite who blogs weekly and he declares Kanye West’s Drink Champs interview to be groundbreaking for its content.
Nubreed is a hip hop artist who preaches to his following that he is a Hebrew Israelite those who believe they are apart of the twelve tribes of Israel. For the uninitiated, there is a revival of men and women in America that take claim to being the descendants of Judah and his children that have been spread across the world due to the curse of not following the laws of the Most High.
Kanye West is a celebrity who came to the rap world with a hit song entitled “Jesus Walks“, which catapulted him into mainstream success. However, as we have seen over the years, Kanye has split his original audience who were following him because of his conscious content. To some he lost his way after losing his mother whom he recently dedicated his latest album with “Donda.”
On the album, he made the single “Jesus Lord” that had guest spots with Larry Hoover Jr, Jay Electronica, and The Lox. Kanye also had a song about not having abortions on the project which he made mention during his interview with Drink Champs Podcast. He brought up controversial people of the past that were apart of planned parenthood such as Magaret Sanger. In promoting birth control, she gave the idea of the controversial “Negro Project,” wrote in her autobiography about speaking to a Ku Klux Klan group and advocated for a eugenics approach to breeding for “the gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extinction, of defective stocks — those human weeds which threaten the blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization.”
In a 1939 letter to Dr. C. J. Gamble, Sanger urged him to get over his reluctance to hire “a full time Negro physician” as the “colored Negroes…can get closer to their own members and more or less lay their cards on the table which means their ignorance, superstitions and doubt.” Although some may see Kanye as rambling at times, he does hit some historical points on what has been done to African-Americans over the decades.
West also declared black people as the Hebrews of the bible and Nubreed during his broadcast delivered the scripture of Deuteronomy 28th chapter.
47 Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joyfulness and gladness of heart, because of the abundance of all things, 48 therefore you shall serve your enemies whom the Lord will send against you, in hunger and thirst, in nakedness, and lacking everything. And he will put a yoke of iron on your neck
Nick Cannon made reference to this, but received backlash for the comments on his podcast. Cannon almost got cancelled, but was able to avoid it when he sat down with some rabbis to come to an understanding of hurting the Jewish people.
Kanye West declared the Hebrews as having the blood of Christ and Moses. This is not something that is new, as it goes back centuries to people such as Gabriel Prosser, who was teaching this to slaves who came from Africa that also believed they were the descendants from the twelve tribes of Israel. Newspaper accounts described him as “six feet two or three inches high” with a “bony face, well made” and “two or three scars on his head.” He was “a fellow of courage and intellect above his rank in life.”
It appears that Kanye’s interview with Nore and DJ EFN had some substance to it that mainstream media has not picked up on. Check out the recap of the interview from a Hebrew Israelite’s perspective below.
