Since that time however, there has been major changes in the landscape which include the pandemic and the uprising of the Black Lives Matter movement. The death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police has once again ignited a furor from the disenfranchised in the United States.
With the technology of 2020, unlike the 1960’s and early 1990’s when civil unrest occurred in Los Angeles over social injustice, the world has taken a stand against a corrupt policing system.
Public Enemy was always for the people and the two icons who took the rap world by storm in the late 1980’s and 1990’s have reunited in these troubling times. Check out the new music video from Public Enemy below.

“Mr. ‘I am the law, and you are not’
In fact I’m God, I’ve got a lot…
Here’s another scare, keep them hands in the air
Better not breathe, you dare not dare
Don’t say nothin’, don’t think nothin’
‘Make America Great Again’
The middle just love it…”https://t.co/Bi2RzOENBa pic.twitter.com/OWH4V5L8ha— Laura Rozen (@lrozen) June 20, 2020
