The NFL has what they call “diversity” issues ever since the whole kneeling controversy by Colin Kaepernick to bring awareness to societal issues in America. Billionaire Jay Z signed a deal with the National Football and has turned some people off in his bid to work with the sports franchise’s “diversity issues.
As the Barbadian pop princess is the richest female musician in the world, Rihanna, is also not in agreement with her longtime friend and mentor – even co-signing a post that called him “shady”.

Many of Jay Z’s critics claim he is selling out the boycott some of his people have over the NFL which was implemented when the NFL banned player/activist Colin Kaeperneck.
Rihanna publicly let it be known that she disapproves of her mentor’s moves when she recently liked a post by activist Shaun King which called Jay Z “shady.”
It was only less than a year ago when the 31-year-old shaded the NFL and reportedly declined an offer to entertain during the 2019 installment because of her support for ex-NFL star Colin Kaepernick. “The NFL and CBS really wanted Rihanna to be next year’s performer in Atlanta. They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesn’t agree with the NFL’s stance,” another insider told Entertainment Tonight. “The offer and exposure would have been great for Rihanna as she’s planning a new album and tour but she stuck to what’s right in her eyes.” Among the other stars who reportedly declined appearances during the halftime show included Cardi B, Pink and Adele.
