The rise of “Cyber Attacks” is a cause of concern by the World Economic Forum and government officials.
Ransom-seeking hackers are on the rise and threaten security according to top officials from governments from around the world. On June 16th, a summit between Biden and Putin occurred. After the event, Putin stated in a press conference that Canada is the number two source for cyber attacks.
Earlier this week, the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, joined with Western allies at a meeting this week of NATO members in Brussels to discuss a rising tide of authoritarianism, and the threats posed by China and Russia.
Check out the reactions to Putin’s comment about Canada and the online threats it presides.
He said we were 2nd to the US…Why can't we ever be first?! 😃😀🤣
