Hulu presents the second season of Wu-Tang: An American Saga that delves into the creation of the group’s debut album. RZA speaks with Dean Buzz about the series on Chicago’s WGN news outlet.
RZA talks about the group’s mishap of having no electricity to record it’s first song, “METHOD MAN”, that had to be used with a power source coming from their neighbor. RZA believes the story of Wu-Tang shows the experience of being a youth in America and how he has transformed into the person he is today as also a producer of films/shows.
He wants the show to inspire others through their work. Check out the interview below.
