The 1990’s NBC hit Saturday morning television show called “Saved By The Bell” has been rebooted for the current landscape of entertainment. ET’s Nischelle Turner spoke with Mark-Paul Gosselaar who played Zack Morris. He reacts to the trailer for the reboot of ‘Saved by the Bell.’ Gosselaar also revealed that he didn’t have a chance to jump back into Zack Morris before production shut down, but he’s thrilled about not having to dye his hair again!

Access Hollywood’s own Mario Lopez will be reprising his role of A.C. Slater alongside Elizabeth Berkley, who played Jesse Spano in the original series. The preview featured some new faces as well, as A.C. returned to the school not as a student, but as a teacher!

The beloved character of “Lisa Turtle” will not be reprised as Lark Voorhies was not invited to be apart of the “Saved By The Bell” reboot. She stated in a recent interview with Dr. Oz the following, “I have to admit I did feel a bit slighted and hurt.”

She discussed her mental health, as well as her feelings about not being included in an upcoming reboot of the show.

Dustin Diamond who played the lovable, but goofy Screech has made a plea to the producers behind the reboot that the character should return as well. He believes the original cast from 1988 to 1998 should all be involved.

For the uninitiated, Diamond had once put his former cast members on blast for the behind the scenes actions of the original show. There were some other issues that came to light after the original went off the air back in 1998. Check out the video below!
