In late 2022, Shenseea was involved in a public dispute with Eboni Ivori, the mother of London On Da Track’s child, who accused Shenseea’s son of behaving inappropriately towards her daughter. The details of the incident were not disclosed, but Ivori demanded that Shenseea and her son stay away from her daughter. London On Da Track also weighed in on Twitter, and Shenseea issued a cease-and-desist order to prevent Ivori from speaking about her or her son, demanding an apology.
“Shenseea, you and your little nasty son stay away from my daughter,” she posted on Instagram Story. “Shenseea, you need to talk to your son and take him to therapy before he grows up and gets into real trouble.”
Despite the end of Shenseea’s relationship with London On Da Track, she released a new song, “Locked Up Freestyle,” which included lyrics that seemed to be directed towards Ivori. Shenseea’s shots came as a surprise, as the issue had not been discussed online since December, possibly due to the cease-and-desist order. However, the document did not restrict Ivori from sharing her opinions on Shenseea’s music.
The document demanded that she stops “engaging in the lawful and abusive behavior” towards the Jamaican singer and “issue an apology.” In response, Ivori said that she had no reason to apologize, especially when she claims it was Shenseea and her son who were in the wrong.
Following the release of the song, Ivori appeared unfazed by the diss and commented on Shenseaa’s rapping ability. It is unclear if this will be the end of their feud. The public can listen to Shenseaa’s “Locked Up Freestyle” and check out Ivori’s response. What are your thoughts on this matter? Share your opinions in the comments section.
