According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records, the rapper will be back on the streets after only serving about three months of his time given. TMZ reports police sources tell them the reason for his early departure is “a combination of good behavior, time served and overcrowding.”

SB was originally sentenced to 240 days in jail back in April for violating his probation. The violation stems from a raid conducted on his L.A.-area home for an unrelated matter where authorities discovered ammunition the entertainer was not allowed to be in possession of due to stipulations of his probationary period.
