T.I. wants a judge to throw out his defamation case against Sabrina Peterson.
Sabrina Peterson has been a source of allegations against celebrity couple, T.I. and Tiny Harris in the last few months. The former close friend of Tiny accused her husband Tip Harris of holding a gun to her head and threatening to kill her. She would also claim that the couple have been on a smear campaign against her since the accusations thrown at them.
The rapper’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, claims Peterson “is an adjudged liar, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet for crimes involving dishonesty and violent assault, and has a reputation for being unscrupulous” … and he says there’s no way T.I. and Tiny could make her reputation take a hit.
T.I. says Peterson’s defamation lawsuit is nothing more than a publicity stunt, and he wants a judge to dash away the claims.
According to Peterson’s defamation lawsuit, Tiny referred to her on social media as “strange,” and added, “everybody know you been special.” Sabrina claims she’s since become the target of online harassment and threatening messages, but T.I. claims she can’t sue them over those comments because they are just opinions. And he’s now asking a judge to toss out the defamation suit according to TMZ.
T.I. also recently released a music video where he spoofs Sabrina Peterson’s allegations against him. Check out the video here. The hip hop artist has also laughed at her request about asking for forgiveness for his alleged crimes against her. Time will tell if we actually see the judge approve the request of T.I. to throw out the defamation lawsuit.
