Teejay – #WorldWide Caribbean Artist Of The Week

This week Worldwide Entertainment TV takes a look at Teejay. He is the Caribbean Artist Of The Week. His name was given by his brother Don Tippa who is also a musician, from Glendevon, Bottom Pen, Montego Bay in the parish of St James, Jamaica. Teejay started recording from the age of 6 years old. The studio was home based and he had the chance to capitalize on his music talent.


The up-and-coming artiste, who is signed to Starz Plus Management, has performed at Beer Wendzdays, Reggae Sumfest, the MoBay Jerk Festival, among other events, sharing the stage with dancehall greats.

At 14 he wrote a song for all the schools in Jamaica called “Schoolaz Antem” – the song became
very popular and was heavily rotated on the Jamaica national radio airwaves, school shows
and street dances.

He recently released a collaboration with Ding Dong entitled “Braff” featuring Ding Dong. You can watch the visuals below.
