From a young age Tenisha displayed a drive to succeed in everything she focused her sights on. She is a career driven young woman, who is the mother of two beautiful children, an entrepreneur and a mentor to many young girls and woman across the city of Toronto. Tenisha has an incredibly creative mind, she is self-sufficient, an achiever and resilient. Now she can add Self-Publisher and Author to her list of accomplishments.
Tenisha’s passion is to create streams of income where she is able to give back to her community and build generational wealth for her children. In 2010, she connected with a youth program in order to change the narrative of her life. During the program Tenisha was connected with a mentor who in many ways opened her eyes to her uniqueness, her creative abilities by goal setting and many more. Her mentor shined light on things that Tenisha was unaware of, opened the book of worms to her chaotic lifestyle and showed her that there were other ways to accomplish all of her goals. That is when she discovered and developed her love for writing.

In 2016, Tenisha was at home when she decided to pick up her laptop and start writing her first novel. Not knowing if she was ever going to complete it, publish it or even get this far. There was no name and no end goal. She used her love of writing as an outlet to release stress and whatever pain she was feeling at the time.
Tenisha was given many opportunities to step outside of her box. For many years she was invited to speak at youth conferences, facilitate youth-led programs, co-facilitate job development programs, conduct workshops at youth seminars, contribute her knowledge to assist with a violence prevention program in the City of Toronto and so much more.
She has overcome many obstacles in order to get to where she is today and to finally reach the finish line of completing such a detailed story that many individuals will be able to connect and identify with.
