The hip hop world seems split between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion concerning the shooting incident over the summer. There have been artists who have come to the support of Megan Thee Stallion and distanced themselves from Lanez.
Tory Lanez had remained silent until the release of his album “Daystar” where he addressed the allegations sent towards him of being the shooter of Megan Thee Stallion. The artist denied the accusation and that also caused a split among fans.
The music itself on the project had plenty of people praising the work of Lanez and despite the controversy surrounding him, Funk Flex has decided to work with the Canadian artist for his project.
According to a recent post made by Funk Flex, the pair are locked in the studio on “album mode.” The two looked to have fun in creating new music together. One has to wonder if Funk Flex will get an interview from Tory Lanez to discuss the whole drama and fallout he had with Megan Thee Stallion?

The split in reactions to the announcement lines up with the controversy that still surrounds the issue between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion.
