The giants of social media of Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube have all removed a video of Trump’s speech at the “Stop The Steal” rally, as well.
Twitter also removed three tweets from Trump, including one where he called the rioters inside of the Capitol “great patriots.” The social media network has threatened that “future violations of the Twitter Rules, including our Civic Integrity or Violent Threats policies, will result in permanent suspension.”
The video was in response to Donald Trump giving a message to his supporters who broke into the Capitol Building.
Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube have removed the above video and Twitter has not only suspended Trump’s account for 12 hours, but they’ve threatened to delete it altogether.
As a result of the unprecedented and ongoing violent situation in Washington, D.C., we have required the removal of three @realDonaldTrump Tweets that were posted earlier today for repeated and severe violations of our Civic Integrity policy. https://t.co/k6OkjNG3bM
