Because my happiness did not fit in the norm or even the construct I created around myself… my fear kept me stuck… for years. It takes COURAGE to be happy. Our courage is something we have to build one day at a time. These last 7 years… I’ve been healing and building the courage to be more… true and unapologetic for building a life that’s more suitable to who and what I truly am. My self love has taught me that my life and relationships need not look like anyone else’s. We are all unique. I’ve never believed life is supposed to be made in a cookie cutter fashion. The creation of one’s life is their own personal masterpiece✨ I’m wishing you all courage, strength and love to build the life that fits YOU. Your unique masterpiece. Anyone that would deny you your happiness and/or shame you for what makes you happy is a person who is afraid to muster the strength to have their own meaning of happiness. Show those people compassion in the same way we must show compassion to our own fears. With that self love and care fear is transformed into courage. The very courage that eventually… steps us into our freedom. Here’s to the journey ✨ @redtabletalk #RedTableTalk
