She immediately has second thoughts about killing Lamar — especially when he pulls out that coke. Lamar snorts the coke but Monique suggests he smoke crack instead. He becomes suspicious of Monique and tells her to smoke it first. When she does, Lamar begins to choke and the pair get into a physical fight. Lamar ultimately kills her. Lamar asks Alvin to come over and help with Monique’s body. Zoe calls for her mother and Lamar answers the phone, Zoe is aware something is up but still tells him to let her mother know she called.
