Yung Tory was one of the first Toronto rappers to sign deals out of the new generation of artists coming out of the 6ix in the last five to ten years. Just before headlining T dot fest in 2019, young tory had announced signing to the iconic Def Jam Recordings with a joint venture deal with Timbaland’s Mosley Music Group.
At the time he took to twitter to say “I just signed a deal I’m on.” Young Tory originally signed with Lil’ Durk‘s record label OTF in 2015.
